We had a very pleasant dining experience at Shiba at Kennedy Town. Surprisingly, we were the only guests during our visit (7-8pm). We started with salted squid, which is amazing! It is very tasty, fresh and well-prepared. Perfect match with alcoholic drinks. One of my favourite dish. We also ordered a happy hour set, which include 3 stewers and a drink. The stewers are fixed (chicken wing, chili and mushroom). The set costs $78 and is offered from 6.00-7.30pm every Monday to Thursday. The chick

Then we ordered a few more stewers. Like the ox tongue, dislike the chicken skin - feels like it was fried other than barbecued.

Cod roe is also a perfect match with alcoholic drinks, another our favourite of the night.

The udon is very fresh, and the soup is clear. Good quality.

This is my first time trying rice ball and I like it =)

And we finished with salad with yuzu sauce (such a weird pattern =/). The salad is fresh, the veggies are watery and tasty. We finished feeling fresh and healthy!
