Ciao Chow - Italian Cafeteria (已結業)

I always find the name of this restaurant is interesting, mixed the Italian "hi" and HongKongese common surname... I love the open air space which is a good corner at LKF.   We went for drink at 6:30pm and bites, the music volume started really up after 7pm like a club bar, (hard to talk with my friends even just opposite of our small table) so just really depending  on if you liked it or not? Food was average. The portions are small though.  The fried calamari was decent, The pizza was ok.   Th
