There's so many brunch options in Hong Kong but we were recommended Bond by friends in the area. Service was slow (we had to literally chase for them to clear plates, for soup, for main and even dessert) but sincere staff, just inexperienced. It was not very noisy since its kind of a hidden resto and I enjoyed every dish. For a semi brunch (antipasti buffet, main and dessert) under $250 I thought it was definitely a steal and there's always the add on free flow option for around $170. Highlights

Highlights were the chargrilled octopus with potatoes (sorry, for pic!) and although the pork tenderloin was bit over cooked I enjoyed the char and taste and the halibut was nothing to rave about. Soup was interesting (beet with coconut cream) but again nothing was spectacular but it was overall good. Ended the meal with a generous piece of tiramisu which was enjoyable!
Will return for their brunch since it was bang for buck but not sure if worth a trip here just for their food.
