I was walking around the area with my friend.  And we try to look for a nice place to have lunch and chill for the afternoon.   When we walking at the stairs.  We spot this lovely place.  Too bad that I didn't take a pic of the the restaurant.   Once we sit down,  one of the waitress hand us the menu and tell us they have a special lunch set for the 「Hong Kong Restaurant Week」promotion.  Kinda like a limited promotion.  The waitress nicely tell us some detail regarding the dish from the special

After awhile, we decide to one set of the lunch and one lava croissant, since we are not that hungry.

The appetizer is two slide of a toast and and slow cook egg.  On top of the egg, it has some black truffle.  First, we mix the egg and the black truffle, then we use the toast to dip it. I m not sure I m using the correct method  to enjoy it.  But who cares, as long as it taste good.  For the egg, it doesn't give you a feel that you are eating a raw egg, even it appear as a liquidize.  It small nice with the black truffle too.

I think because of the slow cook method,  the chicken breast was so juicy.  The amount of cheese was just about right, it won't get you to feel greasy.

Lava Croissant - Salted Caramel Espresso

This lava croissant was one big surprise for the lunch.  The reason why we order it, because we kinda wondering how it would be.  Once it came, we were kinda disappointed.  We thought it just like a normal croissant with filling.  Until the moment we cut it.

It was so crispy outside and you see the smoke from the espresso filling.  It taste awesome, the salted caramel and the espresso was nice.  It not so sweet like other dessert.  The crispy croissant layer and the filling give us a rich taste with different texture.

Finally, the dessert - cheesecake.  We didn't have any thought that how a cheesecake can surprise us.  But when i came.   We thought is kinda wired that it use a small glasses as the container.  We just thought maybe it just another simple gimmick trick.  Once we pull from the bottom.   We know why.  It definitely taste like cheesecake.  But the texture was not cheesecake at all.  Its more like a rich thick mousse. 

The environment was chill.  The drink was good.  The food was a total surprise.
