Other branches are way better in terms of consistency and quality. Ordered an easy on syrup and no ice bubble milk tea. So happen they don’t have enough bubble so just gave a few. The lady asked a colleague to go fetch some more bubbles. Ended up getting a Super sweet with loads of ice and few bubble watery drink. Just can’t be bothered to read the order properly. Don’t even ask your customer if you don’t care.
