No breads or cakes introduction and No greeting, just starred at me although I waited for some introductions and greeting. I asked for a loaf of bread at the back of their kitchen big glass which not available at their counter but this young lady kept saying I can only buy what I can see in their counter display without explaining why they can't sell what already done in the baking kitchen rudely. She repeated and repeated the same answer. Spoil my Sunday purposely drove from Shatin to Sai Ying
