The restaurant is very inconvenient and it's not user-friendly for driver because there is no parking space nearby. It's very crowded at night and the waiters practically cannot cope with so many people. Not all the waiters can take order and those who can keep on "selling" us expensive dishes like seafood etc. Missing orders are often and we waited for over 40 minutes for our food to be served. We ask the waiters to follow up and it was another 10 mins. We asked again and guess what.... they ga
It's very crowded at night and the waiters practically cannot cope with so many people. Not all the waiters can take order and those who can keep on "selling" us expensive dishes like seafood etc.
Missing orders are often and we waited for over 40 minutes for our food to be served. We ask the waiters to follow up and it was another 10 mins. We asked again and guess what.... they gave us a bill for food that we haven't even have !!!!! And on the bill, the orders we made were missing and there was un-ordered items such as beers & soft drinks!!!
So... no body actually helps us to check our orders and I would bet the restaurant cheat by adding items to your bill..... you are bound to be fooled if you don't carefully check your bill. Very very dishonest!!!
This is a restaurant with absolutely no service. It may serve good seafood or maybe frequented by superstars but with such intentions and service, it is a shame that it exists in Hong Kong and I would found it a total disgrace to visit it again.
With an average spending of at least $100 pp, there are so many options around and I would definitely not waste my time at 西环码头!!!!
