I normally don’t bother rating chain coffee venues like Starbucks. This is a relatively large place by HK standards and is a comfortable retreat from the crazy heat and crowds of Mongkok.However - forget about Starbucks Reserve counter. Is it just for show? There was no one serving behind the counter at 1015am and after waiting 30minutes, my partner gave up and drank from a bottle of Evian water purchased earlier at the “regular” Starbucks counter (with my tea).It is nice in the early morning

It is nice in the early morning but is an absolute mess during the busy afternoon.
Big thumbs down 👎🏻if you want to try the Reserve counter.
