@thepizzaproject.hk is located in Central, offering affordable pizzas. I got the Carbonara Pizza (HKD140) because it seemed interesting and Instagramable. Pancetta and quail egg topped each slice of pizza. The dough was slightly thick, overall was average. Rustica Pizza (HKD95) cheesy overload. If you are a cheese lover, I recommend you order this one but I personally like Carbonara Pizza more. Their tiramisu (HKD65) was the highlight, it tasted so good, creamy, and full of rich flavour! Oops...
To be honest it's not an enjoyable experience. When we’ve entered the restaurant, the staff mentioned we have 1.5 hours for dining. During the dinner, the staff were rushing us to order and remind us more than 8 times for the leaving time, even we just spent around 40 mins for eating at that time, which made my friends and me so annoying. At this point, no more next time.
