After watching Fantasy on Ice (Yuzuru Hanyu^^), it was already 3pm so I came to eat a late lunch. The food court was just next to the cinema and I saw this ramen store and decided to try it.The good points here include the soup not being too salty, the egg being cooked just right and the deep fried oysters. They were half the size of my fist. The batter was quite thin.However, the noodles are a bit soggy and sticked all together when I had it. Also, I think they need to try to balance the servic

However, the noodles are a bit soggy and sticked all together when I had it. Also, I think they need to try to balance the service time of the ramen and oysters. They served the ramen first and actually I almost finished it before the oysters were served. On one hand both were hot but if they could have a better idea of how to balance the time cooking the two, then it could be served together rather than separately.
