笋壳鱼两食(炒球及骨底). Actually first time ordering a 笋壳鱼 which is not 油浸. Interesting. Meat was thick but not too firm- seemed like quite big fish.

碌鹅. Recommended by manager, who explained that it is normally made by constantly turning the goose in heated goose oil etc in the pan for around 15-20 minutes. Very juicy with tender meat and crispy skin.
