I've been seeing a lot of this noodles in paper cups lately...most of the times with super long queue. They boasted hot, spicy and sour noodles...up to the level of numbing-hot.Do we dare to try?Of cos we do...(but the less spicy one heheheh)The noodle stall is inside a shopping mall, you'll have to eat the noodles standing up, and you could select some side dishes to go with your noodles.Our order came in spicy looking broth, preserved veggie, freshly chopped coriander, fried peanuts...looking

Our order came in spicy looking broth, preserved veggie, freshly chopped coriander, fried peanuts...looking really good. We ordered pig intestines to go with the noodles...deeply flavored, absolutely delicious! ...and the rice noodles? Chewy, sticky, thick, transparent goodness.
There's enough noodles in one bowl to fill you up, but I definitely go for more side dishes next time. The "least spicy" broth is only a little spicy (we could order a spicier version next time), and the amount of MSG? Whew! Abundant, as expected. Buy a lot of drinks to compensate
