I saw a rat in this bakery! When i informed the staff, they told me it happens quite often as if it was something normal. While their bread tastes ok, i think they should reconsider their cleanliness. I had the durian puff and it tasted quite good, puff was buttery and had heavy durian flavour. The outlook of it was very unassuming, but from the colour of it, you can tell it went through a thorough eggwash, and lots of lard butter must have been used to get it to taste that crumbly.
