Korea is actually quite famous with Coffee Making and their coffee culture and techniques are known to be first class. So as soon as I heard about this Korean coffee shop, I had planned to visit 1 day.Ordered CAFFE LATTE but what looked more like a lathery cappucino came to the table. On the outside paper clipping, they 'claim' that they use an Italian style Blend coffee bean. Ordered CAFFE LATTE but what looked more like a lathery cappucino came to the table. On the outside paper clipping, they 'claim' that they use an Italian style Blend coffee bean. In my coffee however, it was really poorly made - too watery and bitter in the base, the milk was ultra hot (burnt) yet too foamy like. Plus - the caffe latte tasted nothing like Italian at all, but more like a local Hong Kong blend pretending to be Italian.
Also got a SHAVED ICE - it was okay with bits of jellies and beans and barleys, topped with syrups. It was quite sweet however.
The space here is also very narrow, which surprised me. The service here was also very poor in my opinion, this is something I never complain much about but I have to warn you here - hopefully they will improve! The HK guy serving me did not care about nor answer questions with humbleness or enthuasism. E.g. He tried to explain something about his sandwiches and also coffee to me like an expert, as if to prove his superiority and knowledge over the customers. I actually wouldn't mind it if he had SUBSTANCE, but he hasn't hmmmmm. BESIDES THIS SHOP IS VERY EXPENSIVE. SO BEWARE. The Korean lady owner say hello once but then did nothing to accomodate for my stay happier or comfortoable either.
