Sadly the queues are not justified and the wait was a waste of time. The coffee might be good but the food is not worth the effort. Revol CarbonaraChose it because it was a signature dish. Another highlight in the menu. Too sweet. Nothing else makes sense. The pasta is al dente, which matters a lot because it’s not all that common in Hong Kong.
