It’s been awhile that I have not given such low score to a dining experience. Pretty disappointed about the place first of all...close seating without any good views. Plus the setting is really old fashioned. But Just because of this will not affect the overall impression of the dining experience.
So my friend and I ordered a tea set for one person and the Caramel Apple Trifle on the left...the Caramel Apple Trifle is perhaps the best among all. I’d say the scones also come along well with the rose petal jam. I’ve always loved MO’s cakes at their Mandarin Cake Shop. But this afternoon tea set... is definitely not worth the pricethe gingerbread man is hard but not crispy. The cakes are way too disappointing with weird tastes. Perhaps our expectation is quite high, for example the cheesecake that we have always ordered from the cake shop, turns blue because of the “festive” theme and it doesn’t have the same standard as the normal onesthe drinks are terrible too... please order the normal drinks and not the autumn sensation”...
