Okinawa night at @rakuen_cwb is full of the local specialties. There's peanut tofu, with a very light chewy exterior, seaweed in a sweet and sour sauce, sea grapes and more. Number one spotlight has to go to bitter melon, egg and pork stiry fry, a staple in any Okinawa themed meal.
