As a celebration to the CNY, Landmark has set up a boutique selling different beverages and pastry from Amber at Landmark Mandarin Oriental. All the cakes are selling at $40 with all the proceed goes to Make a Wish. At the bottom, it was sort of like a cake base tart. It was semi-crunchy as it was mostly cake filled inside the crust.
It was a light cake to enjoy and it would be a perfect choice for ladies if you are looking for a sligthly healthier alternative while indulging some nice pastry from one of the best restaurants in Hong Kong.
