Located at the food court in Happy Valley Wet Market. This place is probably the best value in terms of Cantonese Seafood in HK. My favorite is Braised Shark's fin stuffed Squab! Its off menu item but they will make it for you by phoning one day ahead. Stuffed Eggplant is also really good.
