One of the best restaurants in Hong Kong

Went there yesterday with my wife and a friend of ours. All of us had the Deluxe Dinner Tasting Menu and, of course, it was great. Our favourites were the "Fresh Prawn Salad with Beetroot Vinaigrette" and the "Crispy Foie Gras with Caramelised Fig & Port Wine Reduction".

题外话/补充资料： The location of the restaurant is around 50m off the main road, so you will not see it from the main road.
