One of the better ones in HK. Roast goose are kind of a holy grail in Siu Mei in HK. Many restaurants offer, not as many make a good one. This shop is run by Sheng Jeng’s Yu Kei. Their goose is just very good. Not very cheap for a lunch but for a quality like that, it is quite good. The cha siu is nice too. Nice environment and very good tea!
