We have all experienced a phrase of having Tam J very often and I come here almost at least once a month. I usually order a pretty plain rice noodle some shredded pork / chicken toppings. Then with a side of either spicy and sour cucumber or the thousand egg if I am sharing my side with my friends. I am just having a quick lunch by myself therefore cucumber would be the most appropriate choice. Pretty standard and I always order small spiciness when eating out and medium spiciness if I am eating

Pretty standard and I always order small spiciness when eating out and medium spiciness if I am eating at home. Iced lemon tea is also pretty good without being too sweet to my liking. It's just a very easy go-to for Hongkongers.
