Pic 1️⃣: Sashimi Moriawase (5 kings chef’s selection) - $588 hkd 🐠
— Beautifully presented assorted sashimi selection that was almost too pretty to eat! The sashimi overall was pretty fresh, with the salmon being the most fatty cut. Everything else was quite average though, although the fish was all quite juicy and fatty, it lacked richness and flavour.


Pic 2️⃣: Rolls: Seared tuna, lettuce, cucumber, oyster sauce - $158 hkd 🍣
— Nicely balanced with the sweetness of the oyster sauce.


Pic 3️⃣: Hamachi, ebi-furai, avocado, yuzu emulsion - $158 hkd
— Hamachi was fresh, but the roll lacked flavour.


Pic 4️⃣: Wagyu, avocado, sakana furai, chili sauce - $168 hkd
— Probably the roll packed with the most flavour, its got a nice chili aroma to it and has a slight kick to it making it very appetising.


Pic 5️⃣: Shrimp tempura, chili mayo, avocado, cucumber- $128 hkd
— Slightly bland, shrimp tempura could
do with a bit more flavour.


Pic 6️⃣: Kushiyaki: Angus Beef - $118 hkd & Chicken Thigh - $98 hkd 🥩🐔
— Really well marinated and seasoned. The angus beef had a rich meaty flavour and was tender. The chicken thigh was juicy and I loved the leeks for extra aroma.


Pic 7️⃣: Tsukune - $108 hkd
— A bit too much cartilage mixed in this which made the texture quite crunchy.


Pic 8️⃣: Quinoa Okonomiyaki - $188 hkd
— Wouldn’t recommend ordering this 😅 its well seasoned and flavourful but quite dry. Interesting take on an okonomiyaki but definitely not for me.


Pic 9️⃣: Grilled Chicken - $288 hkd
— Really enjoyed this! The teriyaki glaze was well balanced and not overly sweet. The sesames added a nice crunch and aroma
to the chicken too.


Pic 🔟: Lamb & Nasu - $348 hkd 🐑
— Personally not a lamb eater, but other elements of the dish tasted good. Portion size was underwhelming for the price though.


📍Ambiance: Beautiful interior and outdoor terrace area which is perfect for a relaxing drink.
⭐️Would visit again?: Try once
