This private kitchen offers extremely high quality, village-style Cantonese food. Prices are high considering the location, but all the costs go towards the quality of ingredients. They consistently use excellent proteins, no MSG, and minimal (or no?) corn starch. You can really taste the ingredients, cooking technique, and rich flavors.We have eaten here 3-4 times, for lunch and dinner, and are consistently impressed.
