Excellent quality food with authentic Shunde flavor in a small, private kitchen. One of the best Cantonese (broadly-speaking) meals I have had in Hong Kong. Simple preparations with rich 鲜 notes.Not cheap but worthwhile. Try the pork ribs and 名门 fried rice. We also had a wonderful prawn dish but I don’t recall the name.Great, attentive service as well, eager to recommend an array of dishes.
