The whelk meat is generously sized and has a chewy texture, accompanied by a burst of wine flavor and a spicy kick from the chili. It's the perfect appetizer to enjoy with a drink.
🌟Octopus Okonomiyaki $108
It has a crispy outer layer and a tender interior, with a delightful combination of crunchy vegetables and soft octopus hidden within. The thick and savory sauce on the surface adds a rich and slightly sweet taste. Guests can also personalize the seasoning by adding bonito flakes and seaweed according to their preferences, which is a thoughtful touch.
🌟Matsuba Crab and Sea Urchin Fried Rice $158
The fried rice portion is incredibly generous, with each grain distinct and separate. The flavors of the Matsuba crab meat and sea urchin are outstanding, and even though the fried rice is rich in oiliness, it doesn't overpower their freshness.
The restaurant features an open kitchen, and guests seated at the bar counter can enjoy the spectacle of several chefs skillfully cooking various dishes on hotplates right in front of them.
