The time before this, i went about 4 years ago and ordered a take away. When i got it home it was ridiculousy small and at almost $400 would not have kept a mouse alive for long, so when a friend said he had booked Olive i was pretty uninspired. But it appears time heals, as the food really was very good, and not the tiny portions they palmed off on "takeawayers" years ago. The seating is a little cramped to be honest, but hey this is Soho, where space costs a fortune (unfortunately this is why some decent places close, greedy landlords not bad food).
The South African wine was very drinkable too, and that is a feat in itself as most South African wine is at best rancid.
The lamb shanks looked good and my fish was great, the haloumi and other starters were all very good, and yes, i would return again.
Huge improvements.
