Booked this a month in advance and had a really high expectation on this. We tried the Omakase Kiwami at $880/person that comes with 8 cuts including their signature Uni Chateau Briand. I’d say the quality wasn’t bad, but not that outstanding. Most of the cuts just tasted the same to me. Those 8 cuts also went so quickly that we didn’t feel full actually.
