Pastas and pizzas are a hit

I’ve been here for lunch, dinner and multiple brunches on consecutive weekends. Their pastas and pizzas are generally on point, with one of my favorite pizzas in town fired and on view in their open pizza kitchen. The brunch buffet is relatively small but pretty well curated, with antipasti, desserts, a selection of hot pastas, a small carving station and a selection of two pizzas made to order upon request. Their pastas and pizzas are generally on point, with one of my favorite pizzas in town fired and on view in their open pizza kitchen. The brunch buffet is relatively small but pretty well curated, with antipasti, desserts, a selection of hot pastas, a small carving station and a selection of two pizzas made to order upon request. The quality of the kitchen’s output can be a bit varied depending on how busy they are, I’ve noticed. Last brunch visit, the pizza crust was a bit floppy and would have benefited from a few more moments in the oven. On the other hand, the pastas on the same visit were the perfect al dente and a bit better than on previous visits.
