It's Winter festival and we really want to avoid the crowds, so we picked here.We ordered a set dinner added peking duck~BBQ combo *BBQ pork - quite good with 20% fat on each* Chicken - very good* jellyfish - ok* suckling pig - very good, very crispySoup - shark fin* this is good and expensive. Well it's not as hot as we want it, but it's still good.Veggie* brocolli - nicely cooked with garlic* squid - i love squid, so it's the best* scallop - didn't eat one, i don't like itabalone + mushroom +

*BBQ pork - quite good with 20% fat on each
* Chicken - very good
* jellyfish - ok
* suckling pig - very good, very crispy
Soup - shark fin
* this is good and expensive. Well it's not as hot as we want it, but it's still good.
Veggie
* brocolli - nicely cooked with garlic
* squid - i love squid, so it's the best
* scallop - didn't eat one, i don't like it
abalone + mushroom + lettuce
* abalone - very big and very tasty
*lettuce - "crispy" with good oyster sauce
* mushroom are big enough and soft
Peaking duck + wrapping
* peaking duck - crispy, but lots of fat
* wrap - very good, its qualities are like crepe on those fruit crepe
* very good indeed, a dish that you want to encore!!!
The rest of Peaking duck + bitter melon
* bitter melon is just right with black bean sauce
* peking duck...er...IS this OUR peking duck??? it taste...like the duck 3 weeks ago??
Garlic Chicken
* crispy skin + garlic sauce - very good indeed, soft enough that grandma wants another few serving
Noodles + rice
*noodle - what on earth? it's very rough and yucky
* rice is ok with egg white + dry scallope
Rice ball dumplilng in yam soup
* yam soup are strong with ginger taste
* dumpling balls have sesame, very tasty and very tiny in size, easy to swallow
