Finally got to try Old Come Pancakes when I was in Tin Hau yesterday. I only heard that their pancakes are good, but I didn’t expect it to be this fantastic! What a nice surprise! Old Come doesn’t serve ordinary pancakes, it’s more like a Chinese style crepe, wrapping a variety of stuffing to make a sandwich like thick pancake. I rarely visit this hood, so I might as well choose the best combo to try out the most things - Pekking Duck and BBQ Pork.I was really surprised when I got this Old Come

I was really surprised when I got this Old Come Pancake, it’s massive!! But shop minder was so considerate, she wrapped it with kitchen paper on top of the wrapper as insulator and leak proof. Thanks! She was indeed a very friendly nice lady that we did chat a bit as I was eating the pancake right outside the shop. She also told me that she didn’t use any oil to make the pancake. No wonder it didn’t taste greasy at all! Love it!

A first bite of it gave me foodgasm! It’s sparked joy for real! The pancake itself was thin, yet it’s thick enough to wrap everything up so that the stuffing wouldn’t fall out while you are eating the pancake. The shredded duck was definitely Pekking duck flavor with the sauce and cucumber; and the BBQ Pork was definitely tender and delicious! So amazing! Best of all, there’s a layer of crisp in the pancake sandwich which gave an extra crunchy sensation. Awesome!
I strongly recommend Old Come Pancakes to you. But make sure you leave enough tummy space for it or grab a buddy to share it with you
