Excelling in everything: service, interior design, atmosphere and more importantly food - Honjo has won my heart 🤍. It’s cherry blossom season in Japan 🇯🇵, and they were able to bring the sakuras 🌸 to Hong Kong 🇭🇰! I loved every detail of their well curated menu, bringing in hot and cold, sweet and sour, crunchy and soft and many more contrasting flavours you can think of!
