Excelling in everything: service, interior design, atmosphere and more importantly food - Honjo has won my heart 🤍. It’s cherry blossom season in Japan 🇯🇵, and they were able to bring the sakuras 🌸 to Hong Kong 🇭🇰! I loved every detail of their well curated menu, bringing in hot and cold, sweet and sour, crunchy and soft and many more contrasting flavours you can think of! My favourite has to be the Scallop and Toro 🐟 - which is Fatty tuna, scallops, black tobiko, hanaho and quail eggs. You mix
