Sift offers a lot of chocolate desserts, perfect for chocoholics. I wouldnt say its the best but when you crave for chocolate, this should be the place to go to. Signature Chocolate Cake
As its signature chocolate cake, it is quite special. With the addition of chocolate flakes, the whole taste is crunchy and soft and smooth altogether.
Molten Chocolate Cake
I am happy to say that this is one good molten chocolate cake. Liquid chocolate flowing out of the cake, and the ice cream makes the whole cake tastes even better. Rich and thick chocolate filling with light, soft cake.
Chocolate and Strawberry Pavlova
Chewy chocolate pavlova garnished with strawberries. Beautifully presented with a shot of champagne jelly. Quite chewy and chocolatey.
Sticky Toffee Pudding
Toffee sauce is very good but i felt the whole pudding was not warmed enough. It was not as sticky as i thought and the taste of toffee is a bit too light.
Cupcakes
Offering a variety of flavors, i think their cupcakes are one of the top few in hong kong. It is not too sweet.
Too bad it is a bit small to cater for parties of 5 or 6 or more. A very comfortable environment. I think Sift is quite decent for a dessert place.
