Dinner in private room complete with karaoke system. Here’s what we had.Soup with 螺头 and chicken. The black garlic tasted very sweet.Boneless deep fried chicken with 鸡肾Crabs Beef with deep fried garlic and black pepper Freshly caught wild 方脷from Macau. Steamed with 梅菜. Yums yums yums. Had to order a serving of rice to soak up the soy sauce.Abalone, 柚皮 and 豆苗。柚皮 was particularly good- smooth and no bitter taste at all.Lamb. Not a fan. Even the 腐竹tasted too gamey for me.烧饼 stuffed with minced meat
