I recently had the pleasure of enjoying a truly satisfying and delicious 10-course dinner here. Each dish was beautifully presented, and the flavours were so divine that I couldn’t pick a favourite as they were all outstanding. The lobster was incredibly tender, cooked to perfection, and paired with smooth steamed egg and caviar, creating a lingering, unforgettable taste.
The chicken was also one of the best I’ve ever had, with perfectly crispy skin and a smooth, tender texture. The other dishes, including
scallops,
soup,
cha siu,
fried rice,
and simple vegetables, were equally impressive. The only dish that didn’t quite meet expectations was the fish, as we would have preferred it steamed in the traditional style rather than fried in tomato soup.
Aside from that, everything was flawless, and we even got to enjoy bird’s nest for dessert, the perfect way to end the feast.
