In a city that is synonymous with dim sum it is difficult to determine a "best" dim sum, but this place is definitely up with the best. The siu mai and har gao are already great, but what really makes this  place special is the BBQ pork bun, which are not the typical cha siu bao, but more some kind of filled pineapple bun - the combination of pork, sauce, bun and sweet sugar crust is irresistible.There are always long queues, which can be avoided by going for take-out, which usually takes less t

In a city that is synonymous with dim sum it is difficult to determine a "best" dim sum, but this place is definitely up with the best. The siu mai and har gao are already great, but what really makes this  place special is the BBQ pork bun, which are not the typical cha siu bao, but more some kind of filled pineapple bun - the combination of pork, sauce, bun and sweet sugar crust is irresistible.
There are always long queues, which can be avoided by going for take-out, which usually takes less than 10 minutes and you can take your food to the top of IFC mall and eat with a view. 
Very reasonable for the quality.
