As we have been spoilt for choice when it comes to Taiwanese food, it have been awhile since i have eaten Saint's Alp. As i do not have any dinner appointment and was free, i decided to dine in myself.
Their menu was very comprehensive, offering their signature bubble tea, rice, noodles and street food as well.
Taro bubble green tea - The drink was blended till smooth and milky. Taro taste was strong and the bubble was chewy as well.
Marinated minced pork and chicken wings with steamed rice - It came in a big serving and the minced pork has almost covered the whole bowl. Chicken wings was marinated till very juicy and was soft as well. Even though the minced pork might look alot, but it was more sauce than meat. The sauce goes well when mixed with the rice.
Tiramisu - They made an effort to present the cake nicely on the plate. Even though the slice was not big, but it was one of the better ones even though they were not specialized in it. The texture was soft and fluffy, with strong cocoa taste.
