I was craving for pizza the other day, knowing that there is a new pizza joint on Tang Lung Street near the mini-bus station, me and my 2 other friends went there for our pizza adventure. I love their ambience, it was really relaxing, with regular tables along the window side and high tables in the center. Like most restaurants in Causeway Bay, they have a 2-hour time limit, so we ordered quickly once sat down. We had the salmon pizza and clam pasta. Both dishes came within a few minutes fresh and hot. We dive straight into the clam pasta first. It was delicious!!! The pasta was perfectly al dente and the sauce was subtly spicy which stimulates the appetite. There was generous amount of clams in the dish, but since i am allergic to seafood I just ate the pasta. My friends did comment on the clams being fresh and tasty.
Then we moved onto the salmon pizza. The crust was thin and crispy, loaded with smoked salmon, onions, cheese, tomato paste and arugula. Highlight of the pizza goes to the poached egg in the center which added a twist to the taste.Portion was quite big and we were impressed by their friendly service. My friend really like this restaurant and she kept saying we have to come back another time.
