We came here for dinner on a Sunday because we don’t have to line up...but I guess this is the biggest mistake...we ordered three dishes but it was quite a disappointment. these tasted like rubber...it claimed to be fried fishballs but it’s not crispy as all, very chewy that my teeth nearly fell off lol not even kidding...the veggie was tasteless...I can make this a lot better at home. this was the only dish that was worth the normal standard. Overall, there are better options to dine in at Kowl
