Pleasant Cafe Grand Opening at Tin Hau!

Came across this cozy cafe at Tinhau with a spacious interior and bright vibes in the air!  I was told that the restaurant have opened for a week till now, and it has thoroughly pleased me with the attentiveness of staffs and the fine execution of food that lived up with my expectations!  A tempting bowl to devour into! The risotto was flavour-wise and filling! The chicken pieces however, I would suggest it to be less dry and adding more flavours would be even better. 

Pan-fried barramundi fillet with Italian Herbs Oil $108

 The fillet was fried to fair succulence. The texture was on spot too! But it was overall a monotonous dish for my liking. Would suggest more seasonings/garnish perhaps?

 This waffle set was well executed and the presentation was appealing! Waffle was crunchy and enticingly sweet! I liked the fair balance of floury and sweets/fruits on the plate that gave me great pleasure to savor!!

Overall, pleasant experience in an eclectic cafe! Great vibes, services and of course, food and drinks!
