Poor Service at Reception

On Sunday 12pm, no queue, hardly anyone in the restaurant. Restaurant was not filled. My son went to get a table stood at the reception ‘counter’ (small stand at the front where they take your numbers). The restaurant just ignored him. Then I came and they ignored me although the woman with glasses was standing there. I told her we have 4 people. She made us wait for more than 5 minutes while she dealt with ‘issuing a bill’ as two people (the woman and man) was discussing this. When I asked whet

My son went to get a table stood at the reception ‘counter’ (small stand at the front where they take your numbers). The restaurant just ignored him. Then I came and they ignored me although the woman with glasses was standing there. I told her we have 4 people. She made us wait for more than 5 minutes while she dealt with ‘issuing a bill’ as two people (the woman and man) was discussing this. When I asked whether there’s a table, she was silent not even responded and just continuing pressing the computer for the bills. Very rude hospitality indeed in times like this, I would have expected better service and get us and the children seated first to the least.
