I had been visited here for several times, few years ago the food was great, but recent year, the food was so so only, I don’t know how it can be rated as 3 stars Michelin restaurant in HK! For the service, I visited there once or twice a year, I saw one waiter who were a bit mature guy serving the counter table, another young waitress claimed that he is her supervisor or manager I couldn’t remember exact his job position, the attitude was completely ridiculous, always long face and never say thank you when I paid the bill with tips. He was not willing to show us around when i talked to the young waitress we were interested to book a room for party. This was happened to non star restaurants like “tai pau don” style. It was an open kitchen, we saw when some very young pretty ladies around, some chefs will look the ladies and their eyes were followed their walking direction. Don’t u believe it was a 3 stars rated Michelin restaurant will do!! For other service staffs except that rude and unprofessional guy as mentioned, others were nice except that mature guy no thank you no response why still can work in this restaurant. We were not a new fine diner we always visited the finest dining places in town or oversea! This was really really horrible experience!
