I had lunch at the Causeway Bay branch today and the manager/supervisor is rude and abrasive. We asked the waitress and she let us sit at the end of the benches but the manager came and told us to sit elsewhere cause that table is too cold, there's a draft. He was loud and impolite but regardless we sat at another table, both my friend and I sat on one side of the table and he was not happy at the way we sat, asking how many of us dining.
