Poor service, poor latte

Service was extremely poor. There’s a separate line to queue up to order takeout. There were only 2 parties in front of me in the takeout line. Even though the restaurant was not busy at all with at least 4-5 empty tables, all of us in the queue waited for over 20 minutes before the waitress started to tell us to go in to place our orders. Then there was another half an hour wait for the coffee. My ice latte had no taste. Don’t waste time and money on this restaurant.
