A new find at #太安楼 with this purple yam scallion pancake #紫薯手抓饼 that is freshly pan fried upon ordering with your choice of filling. I got mine with cheese, bacon, corn and mayo for HK$25 and it tasted surprisingly good! The purple yam flavor in the pancake was subtle yet delicate and the fillings did not detract from it at all as the sweet mayo served to balanced the savoriness of the filling with the yam.
