Mr. Lau, being a well-known HK food critics and journalist. He of course have tried many different cuisines and restaurants all over the world. A good food critics in most cases can only talk the talk, but not walk the walk. But Mr. Lau because of his passion for food, he would look for the best way to cook a dish even if it is the simplest dish, it is this endless pursuit of improvement that makes Kin's Kitchen an ever evolving restaurant. Every time I visit the restaurant, you can taste the difference in the dishes but in a good way.
