Fresh handmade pasta is unbeatable, hearty delicious and comforting. 3 types of pasta, each with significantly different texture. Orecchiette is thick and very chewy, the shell shape scoop the creamy spicy tomatoey sauce perfectly. Pici’s Pappardelle is always my favorite, it’s thin with firm bite to it. The best carrier for the luscious beef cheek ragu.

Double ravioli is exclusive at CWB branch. It’s essentially two ravioli married as one, cutting it half revealed the two sides of fillings - ricotta and pumpkin. Enjoy both together is a harmonious tasting with pumpkin sweetness balanced by the smoked ricotta. The sage emulsion is so flavorful then spicy salami gives the final salty boost. The pasta dish that you cannot miss!
