This oyster bar was highly recommended by a friend of mine who’s an oyster lover, so I picked it for my anniversary date with my boyfriend (he’s really into oyster) John Stewart, the well-known “oyster king”, is the reason to visit this restaurant. Majestic is the best among all. The sweet aftertaste last for minutes!
All oysters were amazingly fresh and had so much liquor inside.
Other than a squeeze of lemon, mignonette sauce and cocktail sauce, the restaurant owner suggested us eating with pepper.
Oyster chowder, rich and creamy.
Mussels in white wine and cream sauce
It was recommended by the restaurant owner and we definitely enjoyed it. The mussels are very fresh with seawater flavor. However, it‘d be better for a table of 4 as it’s a bit too much for us😂
Garlic toast with nice crispness
Usually I’m not a fan of lamb because of the strong lamb flavor, but this rack of lamb was so well tempered with rosemary and other seasonings, the lamb flavor just became so irresistible!And the meat is mind-blowingly tender and juicy!! We also love the baby spinach and potatoes sides
Seafood linguine. A combination that never goes wrong!
The tiramisu tastes incredible. Perfect end of the night!
Apart from the immaculate food and service, the environment is great for gathering with friends. The prices are reasonable. To me, this oyster bar is one of the best, if not the best in Hong Kong!
