Ordered the Flaming Sea Urchin Kora-yaki set. (There is a reason why it’s called Flaming… read on!) Next we have the Seasonal Appetizer - Oyster. The oyster was succulent and fresh, topped with a tiny drop of fruity jam.

And for the signature, Flaming Uni Kora-Yaki, this was the major highlight, it was topped with generous amount of fish roes, crab meat and of cuz UNI! Uni-fans cannot miss this. It was also a treat to the eye as the chef lit up the dish with this thin paper cone, casting a short-lived inferno right before my eyes. IG story worthy to wow your followers.

Keep it coming, there is the pan-fried geoduck where the chef carefully divides it into 3 small piles split by parts. Each part has a different texture, so it felt like having 3 distinct dishes.

Next is the sizzling foie gra which came together with Japanese toast and stewed pear. The toast and stewed pear went perfectly well with the foie gra which was very rich in flavor.

After all the mains, there was the Black truffle cauliflower fried rice and grilled vegetables (I liked the eggplant most which was super juicy, mistook it for some type of shroom at the beginning.)

And with very little room by now, time for the fish maw and clam soup. Interesting fact, the soup was served in a transparent bag where it was heated directly on the hot plate. The soup was very light, nice and warm after the multiple courses

My tummy was bursting already by then, however there was always space for dessert.
And dessert was hot caramel toast tossed on the hot plate directly. It was sweet and crunchy, perfect way to end off the evening.
