It gonna be a regular meal every quarter but yet not tired. Tried some new items which other than those shells n big ones.Instead of having the giant shrimp like previous time, we ordered half-ed shrimp with garlic mash. Hardly to define whether garlic or shrimp is main character. Garlic multiples the flavour and the freshness of the shrimp. Instead of having the giant shrimp like previous time, we ordered half-ed shrimp with garlic mash. Hardly to define whether garlic or shrimp is main character. Garlic multiples the flavour and the freshness of the shrimp. The shrimp also enrich the garlic and it's damn great the put them into my mouth at once. Pork belly on eggplant with mixed sauce is a nice non seafood option. I guess the mixed sauce is based with Chinese miso n soy sauce. The sauce give saltiness to the belly meat and then built the flavour to the egg plant at the bottom. I will suggest to eat them together to balance the taste and have the best feeling.
BTW we tried a new shell call knife shell which taste incredibly. Much fresh and sweeter than normal clams. You are suggest to try.
